  I saw Make me ealier on uk music channel kiss,the box,mtv base and mtv dance, loved it had to turn it up full blasht ealier.

  I wonder if Janet will be promating her Best of in the uk. B/c today on my loaco radio station they played the frist play of make me.

  Last time janet was here was when she did saturday night takeaway and did just a little while which got to a respectable number 15 in the charts.
  Her other singles though haven't been bit hits since all for you when she did a t4 special with dermot o'leary the key is defintely doing more promotion.
  Mariah does a lot more except her last album where she only promoted touch my body I'm excited about the greatest hits coming out.
  I think that may get people in the uk interested in her music again.

  Do we really think that she is going to come? As much as I truly want it to happen, I just don't see it happening...she hasn't had much success in the UK at all recently, and she has been out of the spotlight in the UK for far too long!! Campaign to get her back in the press...anyone?

  Maybe I'll send her a text and ask her?.. I think it is time for Janet to release a best of, maybe head in a new direction after that, I firmly believe she needs to get the 'kids' interested again. I'm already thinking of the new tour and tracks she can do...

  This is a rather good plan Kennie!! Whilst I semi work for ITV, it's actually ITN I work for who make the news for ITV. Although I do have some ITV contacts so will slip it into conversation!!
  Thing is though, persuading Janet that her career is worth saving in the UK is probably the main hurdle.

  I think Janet could do with a Saturday night ITV TV show, showing the the range of her Hits from over the 20 years, If only we knew someone who works for ITV !?...... . . . . . . Shes needs an amazing tour and I think needs to do a best of album with a best of tour, get people interested again, get some new younger fans so she has a fan base to release new material to.. Thoughts?

  There is definitely an inherent problem in Janet's recent UK marketing strategy which may mean that selling tickets is an issue. It's not an insurmountable issue though...if Discipline was re-released with 2nite as the lead single, there is a chance - albeit slim - that the tour could be a hit. Thoughts?
